Dragonfly Drone - D minor - Aromatic Cedar, Alaskan Yellow Cedar, Turquoise Inlay
"Jason's flutes are a true thing of beauty. I couldn't be happier with
the flute he made me. The sound is rich and soulful, and the inlayed
tourquoise designs and tasteful blending of different woods are
exquisite. His flutes truly embody the beauty and spirit from which
this tradition comes. Jason is also a pleasure to work with. I recommend his skills and craftsmanship highly. "

Falcon Curly Maple Flute - F# minor
w/Purpleheart, Mun Ebony, Beads & Feathers
Love at first sight. That is precisely how I would describe my discovery of Jason’s falcon curly maple flute. From a single glance, I could tell that Jason poured a tremendous amount of loving care and attention into the making of this exquisite instrument. I am convinced this is why the flute emanated the powerful, positive energy that I felt instantly drawn to. Every detail – from the totem carving to the turquoise inlays, bead & feather decorations, and the pure richness of sound – spoke to me of extremely careful craftsmanship.
Jason invests an astounding amount of time and personal energy into his art, and his sincere passion and heartfelt dedication shine through in every flute that he skillfully carves. Thank you, Jason, for your remarkably creative spirit and for the beautiful flute that I so treasure! Lena Samsonenko, CT

Em Sunflower Flute
"I am so thrilled with my Spirit Sunflower flute by Jason Gianfriddo. It is one of the most unique flutes I've ever encountered. I still remember the day when it first arrived, I was very impressed with the clear tone and wonderful resonance it carried. The craftsmanship is just amazing, how Jason transformed a sunflower stalk into a beautiful instrument. Even for an E minor flute, it is very easy to reach to cover the holes and comfortable to play.
This is one of my favorite flutes. Jason's Sunflower flutes will certainly make a great addition to any flute enthusiast collection. "

Low Fm - Alaskan Yellow Cedar - Custom Turtle Fetish
"Jason's flutemaking exceeded my expectations. He took a dream and an image from my vision/journey; and made an amazing flute for me. It has a pure rich sound, reminding me of a clarinet or an oboe. It has a full range well into the next octave and it switches octaves effortlessly. He elicited my input for shape, decoration, sound and image - this is a collaboratively designed flute. But the workmanship and the quality and the sound and the spirit belong to the flutemaker, and the trees. Only then do I add my breath and my music. His carving and woodburning skills are impressive, sweet, and true to my vision. This is a gifted craftman and flutemaker. You cannot go wrong working with Jason to make your dream flute."
